Initial Consultations are up to two hours and pretty extensive. It begins with you; your history and current condition, your diet, ailments, complaints, and goals. Next three to four modalities – iridology, Face, Tongue and Nail Analysis, pH Analysis, and Muscle response testing (MRT), are used to determine actual Diet, Digestion, Bowel Elimination, Inflammation, Immune System, Autonomic Nervous System and Endocrine System imbalances. An herbal, enzyme or nutrition therapy plan for detoxification and regeneration that best suits your condition is recommended and provided.

Follow-Up Visits are generally on hour or less. After implementation of the initial detoxification plan for a few weeks, follow up and support are offered for the next phase of your wellness plan. Subsequent recommendations which may include, but not limited to Herbal Formulations, Enzyme Formulations, Homeopathy, Yoga Therapy, Bach Flower Remedies, Electromagnetic Therapy, Reflexology, or Acupressure Therapy.

Wellness Small Group Lectures & Classes 90 minutes weekly for six weeks these highly informative holistic classes are offered in the intimate setting of the Life by Dallas naturopathic facility in Hyattsville, Md. A broad spectrum of health and wellness classes geared to lifestyle changes are offered, including Vegan and Raw Food Preparations, Juicing and Fasting Basics, Exercise Basics, Gardening for Beginners, How to Stock the Kitchen pantry, Navigating the Supermarket for healthy Choices, How to Read Ingredients Labels, Developing Healthy Diets for Your Children, A.D.D. aka A Deficient Diet.. All classes include lite vegan and raw food fare. Group sizes are ten to twenty people.

Phone Consultations are up to one hour. This is a review, commentary and recommendation based on previously submitted completed health and wellness questionnaire. This consultation is highly specific to your general condition and based on the information that you provide, with an understanding of my healing philosophy stated above.

General Family Consultations are identical in content to the above small group lectures with some emphasis on family specific problems.
