12:30 – 2:00 PM Nutrition the Key to Health and Wellness
I’ll instruct you on digestion, assimilation and elimination – the key to being vital, enthusiatic, full of energy, never sick, or rundown, understanding, nice to be around, and loving. You must understand the importance of the 16 chemical elements the body needs supplied through its daily food intake!
A lite raw fare will be served during the Nutrition Q & A
2:00 – 3:00 PM Fitness Exercise Instruction
I’ll personally instruct you in the best exercises to maximize your endurance, strength and lean muscle (fat loss) in the most efficient manner. Proper technique and consistency are key – coupled with all you’ll learn in food preparations and nutrition sessions.
