Dr. Renette Dallas
Founder and CEO of Life by Dallas, Inc., Dr. Dallas has spent more than 25 years promoting health, personal empowerment, and community well-being.
Her work encompasses holistic wellness, True Pop Popcorn, institutional food distribution, and Temple Restoration Ministries. Through partnerships with JTCC, the USTA Mid-Atlantic Foundation, and the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center, she also supports youth development and expanded access to tennis.

Rev. Dr. Renette Dallas is a multifaceted entrepreneur, naturopathic doctor, ordained minister, author, educator, and United States Air Force National Guard veteran whose life and work have been dedicated to advancing health, wellness, personal empowerment, and community development.
As founder and CEO of Life by Dallas, Inc., established in 1999, Dr. Dallas has spent more than 25 years building an enterprise that brings together holistic health education, nutritional wellness, food innovation, and institutional food distribution.
Her entrepreneurial portfolio includes True Pop Popcorn, a plant-based, air-popped snack brand offering vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and dairy-free products, and LBD Foods, a multimillion-dollar broadline food distribution operation serving institutional customers, including correctional facilities and university dining programs throughout Maryland.
A passionate advocate for preventive health and whole-person wellness, Dr. Dallas combines her training in naturopathic medicine, nutrition, fitness, and raw food preparation to educate individuals and communities about the relationship between lifestyle choices, physical vitality, and long-term well-being.
Her work is also deeply rooted in faith and service. Through Temple Restoration Ministries, an expanding initiative of Life by Dallas, she integrates biblical teaching, health education, and practical lifestyle guidance to encourage individuals and congregations to pursue spiritual, physical, and emotional wholeness.
Before entering the wellness industry, Dr. Dallas earned degrees and spent 12 years working professionally in architecture and civil engineering, bringing a foundation of analytical thinking, design, and organizational leadership to her entrepreneurial ventures.
An enthusiastic tennis player and supporter of youth athletics, Dr. Dallas recognizes the sport’s extraordinary capacity to promote lifelong fitness, confidence, discipline, and meaningful relationships. Through True Pop and her personal philanthropic efforts, she supports tennis organizations, aspiring athletes, and initiatives that expand opportunities for young people.
Her commitment to the sport includes partnerships with the Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC), the USTA Mid-Atlantic Foundation, and the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center in Washington, DC. These relationships reflect her belief that proper nutrition, physical activity, mentorship, and access to opportunity are essential elements in developing healthy, confident individuals.
Whether serving as a physician, entrepreneur, minister, mentor, or athlete, Dr. Dallas is guided by a consistent philosophy: true wellness encompasses the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
Through her businesses, ministry, and community partnerships, she continues to create opportunities that nourish individuals, strengthen communities, and inspire others to live healthier, more purposeful lives.
